Tarek and Christina El Moussa make flipping disgusting old houses look glamorous and fabulous. Watching Flip or Flop makes us all think we can take on a job like that. After all, they just pick out gorgeous fixtures, drive around the OC in their Escalades, Denalis and Range Rovers and play with their kids, right? True, but it’s also a lot of hard work to flip a house, and they are good at showing us just how difficult it is by showing the unexpected, the overages and everything that can go wrong. Now in its third season, it’s also easy to tell that this is one couple who has had ample success in the flipping industry. It might not seem like it, but the show has changed drastically since season 1; and we have five reasons we know this for a fact.
